Hi Pod Members!
I’m so glad to have you in the Amy’s Pods. I’ve compiled a list of Frequently Asked Questions for new members, which can be found here: www.womensellers.com/faq. You might be able to find the answer to your questions much faster by visiting the FAQ page.
Feel free to check it out. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to email us at support@womensellers.com.
When emailing support, please include which pod you’re in, and the ASIN in question, so that we can quickly help you answer your questions.
Below, you’ll find a various topics that might be helpful, such as:
1. How to price an item
2. Adding products to your inventory
3. How to Respond to IP Claims
4. What happens if an item is sold out
How to Price an Item
Listing prices on Amazon constantly changes throughout the day. I would recommend using the price that is suggested in the pod for your products. However, in order to win the buy box, it might be a good idea to get a repricer. When using a repricer, set your strategy to win the buy box.
Whenever possible, keep the prices steady so that the listing remains profitable for you and other pod members. It is never a good idea to keep on lowering your price, just to make fast sales because that can quickly become the “race to the bottom.”
Adding Products to Your Inventory
In order to add the pod products to your inventory, first, go to your Seller Central > Inventory > Add a Product > then copy and paste the EXACT ASIN that is in your pod list.
If you use a different ASIN, such as the one that you found by scanning the UPC barcode or you search on your own, it will be a different product entirely. So make sure you use the ASIN that is provided inside the pod.
Make sure you add the product to you inventory BEFORE you purchase it from the online retailer. This is so that you know Amazon will allow you to sell the product, and you can avoid having to return the products back to the retailer 🙂
If you need help with creating an FBA shipment plan, here’s a guide to help you get started.
How to Respond to an IP Claim
Pod products are vetted with multiple IP alert chrome extensions
to make sure that the products delivered in the pod does not have a history of any IP complaints. However, if you do receive an IP claim, there are a few things you can do, depending on who issued the claim.
Here’s an article about how to address an IP claim.
What happens if an item sells out
If items sells out within the day, I’ll replace it for you as well, just send me an email to support@womensellers.com.
We’re so happy to have you in Amy’s Pods!
